Procedure

Mix ingredients of phase B and heat to 43-45°C. Mix ingredients of phase A together. Add phase A to phase B with good agitation. Continue mixing for an additional five minutes. Prepare a pigment premix by blending phase D ingredients and homogenize until homogeneous color is obtained. Add slowly pigment mix and continue mixing until uniform. Prepare a premix of phase C by mixing the ingredients in a coffee-grinder until obtaining a flowing powder mix. Spread the powder mix into the formulation while stirring and increase stirring speed up to 1300rpm. Homogenize using ultra-turrax at 15000rpm for at least one minute.
